1. Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds.

2. Paid Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date

2.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription renewals after the first 7 days

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@finepost.app
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
    • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • After 7 days, no partial refunds are provided for unused months
  • We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you're unsure

7. Promotional Offers

  • Refunds for promotional or discounted subscriptions are based on the amount actually paid
  • Free trial conversions are subject to standard refund terms from the conversion date

8. Account Credits

In some cases, we may offer account credits instead of refunds. You may accept credits at your discretion, but you also have the right to request a monetary refund if eligible.

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
