7. AI-Generated Content

  • Our Service uses AI (Google Gemini) to convert and optimize content
  • AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all converted content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Threads) and services (Google Gemini, Supabase). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
